We were anxious to get down to the green and warm weather. The first few days we just enjoyed the outdoors around mesa. We went to Gilbert Library park. It has a lake and a stream and lots of wildlife. We took a picnic and had a wonderful time.
On our way down to Mesa we were in awe at the Mountains we took the scenic route just so we could drive slower and enjoy the beauty. The kids were so excited and begging me to pull over so they could pick flowers. We stopped at the salt river and they threw rocks in the water and collected shells and flowers. It was so nice!
Can you believe this is the Arizona Desert!
Just chillin this is the best part of spring break no rushing, no worries.
