Second Stop: Deloris, CO

So we drove a really long way through country that looked like this. Boring!
We would see houses and I just kept thinking...would someone just plant a tree!

Then we entered Colorado (The Colorful State) and everything changed drastically.
Troy and I both looked at each other and said at the same time...Why do we live in Arizona!

We stopped at this adorable park in Deloris to have lunch. It was built in just 7 days by over 600 volunteers in the community. It was by far the coolest park I have ever seen. It had chimes and ropes and cool swings like I have never seen. The kids had a such a fun FUN time!

Monkey bars for every size- Kasen found these first thing.

Lots of crawly spaces for Canyon and slides of every where. He enjoyed his BLT. I'm not even sure of the other kids ate much they were too busy playing.

Jaxon Found the digger! So content with his digging.

We played tag. Lacey found a tunnel leading up and escaped me just in time.

Climbing

Troy wandered up the hill and found the river. So beautiful and so clear. It was cold and probably a good thing cause otherwise we would of spent all day just swimming in it.

Daddy lifting Canyon up to touch the bear.

As we were leaving Troy discovered these apple trees and picked us a few for the road.
It was the perfect stop. If you ever drive through it is a must see.
