O.k. so today I had so much fun harvesting colorful veggies out of my garden!
Above are a few of my favorite tomatoes which a I'm so proud of
I had to arrange and mist them for the record.
Aren't they cute!
The kids love to pic them them I wash them all and we create some kind of dinner out of it all.
Tonight's Menu: Chicken Fajitas!- The most beautiful tasty fajitas ever.
All of these colorful peppers...yes out of the garden!
It was so fun to cut them all up in nice rows, this makes preparing dinner so much more enjoyable.
Rustin really wanted to tenderize and cut up the chicken. He pounded away for quite a while. (what a release for all his built up JH stress) Then he cut away on his side while I chopped away on my side. Visiting and joking with Rustin was the best part of the whole process!
Together we made all the mouths happy.
