We took a short trip to visit Nana & Papa. We were spoiled!
Dad made his Grilled Chicken Pizza!
My favorite pizza of all time. In our social realm (large family and friends) he is famous for this mouth watering recipe. Thanks Dad you really made us feel like we were home again.
Since he is so amazing we had to take pictures and make a record of it.
This Pizza is quite a process.
First he seasons, grills & chops the chicken
Then he chops tomatoes, onions, eggplant, garlic adds seasoning and bakes it to make the sauce.
soooooo yummmy!
Then he makes the dough and rolls it out thin. It rises perfectly on a stone in the oven.
Layer on the sauce, chicken & cheese and vola!
Zi best Pizza Ever! Perfect combination of crunchy crust and juicy toppings.
