This summer we got a butterfly kit. Our larva came in the mail and we watched them eat and grow into Caterpillars then create a Chrysalis and finally hatch as Butterflies!
IT WAS WONDERFUL!
The kids enjoyed watching and waiting for the whole process.
They even enjoyed letting them go int he end.
